My background includes hands-on experience with HVAC, construction-related systems, landscaping, and building science. That experience helps me look at the home as a collection of connected systems rather than a simple checklist of individual components.
During the inspection, I focus on visible and accessible conditions, safety concerns, installation issues, signs of deterioration, and components that may deserve additional attention.
Just as importantly, I take the time to explain the findings without making every small condition sound overwhelming.
